Eichenwald, who writes for Newsweek and serves as a senior editor for Vanity Fair, said he received a tweet from someone who knows he suffers from epilepsy.
The tweet included a strobe video and a message that said, "you deserve a seizure."

That being said, I bet someone could design a plug in for browsers and video players that can detect and prevent seizures by either pausing, or manipulating the image to not cause seizures.
