Breaking now. Officer shot in the head. Suspect barricaded in home. Just heard a gunshot on live news broadcast.

Officer airlifted to Harborview Hospital in Seattle and is reportedly in critical condition. This incident happens two weeks to the day in which a Tacoma officer was killed after responding to a domestic dispute.

the local news was said he was airlifted to Harborview (big ass trauma center) and taken in for emergency surgery after being shot in the head.

30 year vet, 3 kids and at least one grandchild, loved the job so had not retired yet.

Cousin of the shooter was on King 5 11pm broadcast complaining about how no one cared about the gang violence in Mt. Vernon until an officer was shot.

What a piece of shit. I hope they fucking put the shooter on ice. Sounds like a real upstanding guy based on the equal parts ebonics, jive, wannabe Hispanic gangster, and Washington State douchebag that the cousin used in her message to the shooter.
