You are getting baffle strikes! You've probably already damaged your can. You need to send that entire rig to someone who knows what they're doing (obviously not the person who did it) and have them repair it.
What happens a lot with amateur suppressor manufacturers is that when they thread a barrel, they thread it concentrically to the OD of the barrel.
That would be fine, except that most standard-grade barrels' bores are not located in the physical center of the barrel.
When a barrel is threaded, the threads need to be cut concentric to the CENTER of the bore, which is not the same thing at all. When you follow the former procedure, this is the normal result.
That looks like a Tac-Ord can, which is a good thing because they can replace the baffles relatively cheaply. You do need to send that barrel to Gemtech or Sound Technology, and have them rethread it. It may not be salvageable due to length.
