need to plan these shoots better -- costa mesa gun show is june 2-3
il be workin my selling mojo instead of my shootin mojo, its a good thing too cuz id shoot ya all under the table -- hehehe [:D] but it usually only happens when i lose control while bump firing and the shots go everywhere and people dive under the table for cover [:D] |

Gun Show???? What Gunshow???? Do they still have gunshows that are worth my time and money.
Like Matt and Imbro alluded to, gunshows here are a joke. No longer are there ammo deals, no longer are there any black guns on display for sale, just on display with signd that say dont touch, not for sale, or your dreaming. I have enough beanie baby`s and price club sells kettle korn and jerky. |

I go to gun shows because they are the few remaining public events that I can attend where people do not point and stare at me while talking to each other in hushed voices.

You gave no answer to where, and just said what you would not be selling. So lighten up. We or I was just giving some feed back to keep this visible. It`s obvious Gunshows are dying in this state and others as well, it might be the political climate here but prices on the net are killing the ripoff vendors. The same guys that set the prices on preban stuff. Price gougers, Trend setters, Playing on the political disasters to turn a buck, no thanks mon capitain. There are the exceptions and you might be the one but on a whole gunshow dealers have dug there own grave. Try walking up to a fella selling lots of preban mags with a copy of shotgun news in your hand and point out that you can get the same thing for much less here (points to paper), see what he says. |

Speaking of shows, I like the Ventura show and there are still some ammo deals there for the upcomming shoot on June 2.

July 1st, the Swedish Bikini team will be shooting an IPSC match in bikini`s at Piru. I saw two of the four that will be playing. I will not miss this. I hope they pick up their brass. You have to think of these things folks.

trust me i was NOT trying to stear people away from the topic at hand, i was trying to inform people that there was a gun show on the same weekend so IF they felt the need to pick up ammo or supplies for the big shoot, or restock up after the shoot, then this is an Option instead of going down to the local gun store -- nothing more
i wasnt trying to get people to come to the show to buy things from me or the people i work for, or any one person in particular, this wasnt a sales promotion. and the reason why i had no answer regarding the del mar show was that i had never been there before and didnt know the setup or where we would be -- i just work there it seemed like you freaked out at the mere mention of the gun show, so i said what i said, probably not the best thing but half joking also. im not saying the gun shows in kalif are good or bad, and they have seen better days, and ive been as frustrated as everyone else with the idiot dealers and there prices, but there are some good deals to be found also if ya look |
