Like someone said in the other threads. Even if they agree with gun control no one wants to go to the theatre and sit through more political propaganda. Most people are all politic'ed out after this past summer.

Its only in early release right now, trickled out to get under the Oscar nomination window. It will hit wide release I think this week and open into something like 1600 theaters. I think they have it on a buy rider with another movie... one of those deals with theaters that says "if you want to screen this popular movie, you have to ALSO screen this movie" arrangements.
We shouldn't gloat until it actually does tank, and we won't know that until January. And with a 13 million budget this thing would really, really have to eat a dick to not recoup its budget. |

Lol. Harvey Weinstein claimed in 2014 that this movie was going to make the NRA and gun manufacturers wish they weren't alive. I don't think that's going to happen.
