comment 2 = no one will enforce it unless the power to fine is handed to the cities comment3 = I fully support this act & believe offenders should be removed after one offense and if more than 10 do not comply the entire unit should be condemned for public safety te occupants moved to the nearest major city with anti smoking campaigns in effect

The most likely smokers ARE welfare recipients. How are they going to enforce it indoors without massive water damage? Halon? And outdoors? Automatic water cannon turret with IR detection?

Good. Probably 90% of people in goverment housing voted for him, and why should the tax payer foot the bill to repair the damage that smoking causes to these buidlings?
