These are the four pocket pleated  & vented shirts you see in PR, Cuba, Miami, Ect. Lot's of pics of Castro & Hemingway wearing them. They were recently recommended as a cgood CCW cover garmet, and alternative to the aloho shirt, flannel shirt, or fishing/photagraphers vest.

They remind me of the kind of shirt the old guys in the BARBER shop wear when I get a haircut.

Also look at Barongs from the Philippines.  Same basic design with usually 2 pockets.  4 pocket safari shirts hang pretty loose in long and short sleev versions.
