I have a 92 25th anniversary Camaro i'm about to get painted. Ive narrowed it down to two possible paint schemes, steel grey with silver stripes or black with silver stripes. Opinions please?

Steel Grey W/Silver stripes

Why not go with something more traditional for an Aniversary model...  Like Cortez Silver with Tuxedo Black SS stripes????

I like black myself, Im not into stripes mainly because they wont look good on the cars I drive Crown Vics and a 95 Impala SS.

when I repaint the Impala soon Im going to do it black like it is now and have the raised Impala SS writting on the side done in bright red.

I might go for stripes later on the 69 Boss Im going to be redoing.  Thats kinda far away.

I think the only car that silver looks good on is a crown vic.

It still won't look like a Viper[;)]

What color was it originally?

That's what I'd go with.

Sunset metallic orange.

Here's a pic of a Firehawk I found:

I think the real question you need to be asking yourself is how long is too long for a mullet?

You might want to avoid black.  I have a black truck.  It shows water spots and dings very easily, makes it a PITA to keep clean.  It's also very hot in the summer.

On the other hand, black does look cool as hell.

I'll 2nd that my Impala is a pain shows ever however small scratch, but if you shine it, then its looks bad ass.  I also have the problem every bug has to go on my car to die

Silver is the best color for cars IMHO.  I have a silver F150 and I never wash it, despite being on the jobsite every day.  Doesn't show dirt/dust at all.

I'd go for the flat, '74 Vega burnt orange....that way nobody would want to steal it.

Definitely an iridescent mirror paint job. Be careful, you may cause numerous accidents from people turning heads while driving.
Its sooooooooooooo sweet.

Whatever you can find at the Army surplus store.

Make sure they grease all the chrome and glass before they shoot it.........

Let's be clear, it's a 92 Camaro, it's hardly on the list of the top 10 cars stolen.
