I know only a californian would have a neutered ar15 but still they look kinda fun and are CA legal. So how much can I get one for and if I ever want to sell it can I sell it or are they hard to get rid of?

Not being assualt weapons you can add the flash suppresor and CAR stock. See the Hometown/California forum for the information on the FAB.

I have a few AR's that I brought into California last year but still might build a FAB from a Shade Tree Armory 80% lower.
