Excite.com has a poll going to see if people agree or disagree with the NY State Supreme Court ruling that "gun makers cannot be held responsible for shooting deaths or injuries because of their marketing practices.

Thanks for the poll info. Check out the details. The lawyers are using it as a road map, and the judge said that it could go the other way next time.

All the "landslide" polls I have voted in the past, either arent publicized or if it dont go as they planned, dropped.  You notice that too?
