As we speak I'm having a new one burned open by Idiot Boyz habenero sauce. Man it's good. I had a lot of good ones when I lived in the virgin Islands too. THe hottest sauce I've ever tasted though has got to be Da' Bomb sauce. Any one ever try it....and live? My old NCOIC brought it to the hospital where we worked and convinced a number of us to try it. Let me tell you, por decisions can be painfull. Four people had to go home sick because of it. It's not supposed to be eaten directly. Instructions say one drop per batch of chili will do ya. It burns skin. What's the hottest you guys have tried? There have to be some Cajuns out there that can direct us. [devil]

Oh, man. I have been laughing for five minutes now at the names of some of those hot sauces listed by BigJ. I'm definitely getting Ass Blaster for my brother in law. He claims to like the spicy foods(hehehe). I didn't know that Da Bomb cost 39.00 bucks! Good lord!

I used to soak toothpicks in ground zero, & dry them. Then I would take them to work to chew on all day. My wife hated the 1st kiss I gave her at the end of the day until she remembered to give me something not hot to eat[:D]1st.
But the hottest I've tried,& it claimers to be the worlds hottest is Da Bombs Finale Answer. I tried it at Lotsa Hotsa in the Mall of America. Your wight about bad decisions being painfull!

My cousin has a bottle of Ass Blasters. It is HOT!! In a BIG bowl of soup I can only take like 5 drops, but I'm not really fond of really spicy food.

The hottest i have tried is Capital Punishment.
It is pure Habanero with black pepper flakes to make it look like it has "other" ingredients.

I saw on TV some doctors use a 20% capsicum paste to treat neuropathy. They have to war gloves when applying it. They put a good layer of paste on an ankle, for instance, and after 20 minutes the pain or tingling is gone. The treatment lasts a week I think.

Personally, I don't see the point in eating that stuff. Hot for the sake of hot has no appeal to me.

I make my own hot sauce now.
I was tired of being disappointed by both the
taste and pain level. Basically, I go to a
Mexican grocery store and buy every hot pepper
they have by the handfuls, throw them in a blender
and chop them up. Then I add diced tomatoes and
onions and maybe add a little tomato sauce.
The longer it sits sealed up the hotter it gets
over time.
