[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Remember the guy who beat me on ebay?

This is a real scumbag of the highest order,now he's saying he was a reservist and was deployed for three weeks ,he said he has taken care of all the people who he beat, bullshit! I have been in contact with them all and he never made good on any of it and ebay won't cancel his account.
I reported to ebay and paypal that his reg. informaion is also phoney and no one seems to give a fuck.
I called the orange county sheriffs office in florida and they asked me "how much was the fraud?"
I told them it was only $45.00 and they said they probably couldn't help me.
I don't give a fuck about the 45 bucks,this scumbag is now portraying himself as a vet and beating more people , he beat this one poor guy out of $265.00.this asshole needs to be stopped!

Before I go on, I would like to sincerely apologize to anyone and everyone who felt it necessary to leave me negative feedback in the past few weeks. As an Army reservist, I accepted last minute short-term, voluntary activation orders, and unfortunately my family was not able to keep up with my ebaying commitments properly. I had several items set for automatic listing, and had I known the troubles that would eventually result with shipping, I would have cancelled them all before I left. I only am listing new items now only because I have finally straightened out previous commitments, and all outstanding items have been shipped or refunds paid. My sincere thanks to all buyers who held in there and bared with a bad situation!

You could always go visit him. Assuming you can find out where he lives and such. Or pull a DONR/ILL/TRG type stunt and call his boss!

While we are on the subject of deadbeat sellers. I'm suspicious about this store in Greenville SC, that I won an auction for this kick ass Celtic Knife. Sword In The Stone They claim the money order I sent them never arrived, but didn't give me bad feedback for it. Merely gave me a non-payer warning.

No knife, no good feedback, and my money went poof as well. tracking where the money order/envelope I mail them went. Soon as the god damn thief is in my crosshair, he's getting it with both barrels. Still not conviced S.I.T.S. isn't a deabeat seller like that guy claiming to be a reservist.

P.s. Notice that that guy is lieing, and is still not too high up the ladder? If your are indeed going to make up shit like that, then at least lie yourself to standing on top of a pile of dead Taliban. Sheesh!

Just kidding with ya.... I saw you won auctions for 3 different door knockers.

As far as bidding on his auctions to raise the price.... I know he pissed you off, but do two wrongs make a right? It seems a lot of people do this for fun now and it's the reason I don't want to deal with eBay any more.
