Sad to confirm the death of Steve, my big brother and my hero. He passed away in the city he loved (NYC). He will be sorely missed. Cheers x

This isn't anything to do with Dillon Aero.  This is the Steve Dillon that created Preacher and worked on The Punisher and Hellblazer (Constantine) comics.  Hell of a writer and artist.

I didn't know the guy.  Was just posting since a comic icon died.  Granted, he wasn't Stan Lee, but he did do some iconic runs in comics.  Commented in OP since I can see how that could be misconstrued.

He wrote some good stuff.... grew up on Punisher.


 



I know Larry Hama is getting old too. He wrote 'Nam and GI Joe.
