They're one of the best. I used to go into the NYC store to get my grey market film.
That said, they're a company run by observant Jews. You will get fuckall done with them on the sabbath or on Jewish holidays, and you'll get nowhere complaining about it to them. The only time I've ever heard of them blowing a customer complaint off was when it involved something like this. |

Their price, at least for the TA31RCOA4 and M4 still isn't as good as UniversalMania.com, where I got mine. $1219 was the best I found, for a company that I felt I could trust. Got it in 3 days. ETA: I clicked the email me a better price option; it didn't give the price OP claims. |

I always thought it was funny they sold optics and surefire stuff being based in NY and all. If i recall correctly they surefire sell flash hiders on their website. They close down on certain days (their website too) for Jew stuff
