Seriously, I do, or at least I think so. I want to either raise one from a cub or get one that is already well socialized. Is such a thing even possible?

View Quote I think you'd do better to take up kicking hornet's nests for fun, frankly. At least the hornets won't go digging up your property like the badger will...and you cannot stop a badger from digging. It's what they do. |

The honey badger can scrape through your walls and floors. It would be a poor decision of a house pet.

By all means, it's one of the most domesticated creatures on earth, right behind Poodles and goldfish.

Put honey badger in basement.
Leave for 5 minutes to fix honey badger a sandwich. Find honey badger in woods behind house. Something like that. |

Remember that pet monkey that ripped that ladys face off in Connecticut? You're heading down the same path.
Animals will F you up.... I lost terribly to 2 rottweilers that were family "pets". |

You could probably hire out Tyrann Mathieu to do a personal appearance....hope that helps...

Don't let these negative Nancy's get you down. It truly is a splendid idea!

Given the choice between a chimp on PCP and a honey badger, I'd name the ape Fred and take him home.

We caught one by accident in a cheetah trap in RSA once. I'd rather have to release a leapard.
|

Get a wolverine instead. Honey badgers don't have the temperament for domestication. A wolverine will be much more tame and they love hugs and kisses.

Don't bring it to Appomattox, those crazy muthafukers at CWE4 will shoot it, skin it, roast it, eat it, puts its severed head on a stick...then make out with it.

I always think of Honey Badgers as that Tasmanian Devil from the Bugs Bunny cartoons; whirling around in a tornado and drilling tornado shaped holes into everything.
