Unplatted?!?!? What does this mean in real estate terms?
What would be the dimensions in feet of 1 square acre?
Anyone have good experience with a good filter for the house removing the nasty sulfur smell and taste and other yuck stuff?

There is a passive tank, that my well driller put on my well. It is an air injector that has removed 90% of the odors that I had. This and a softner have solved my problems. Ask your local culligan man about a different anode rod in your water heater. Different areas need different anodes.

Platt Map is essentially a parcel map.  Sometimes they have the owners names on the parcels.  Unplatted would indicate the property could be subdivided but has not been for one reason or another.
