what does "hanggang sa muli"! mean?? because I
have a friend that is from the Philippines that
wrote [hanggang sa muli!] at the end of the letter. [>:/]

Lordtrader may be able to give you a better translation but basically it means "untill next time"  or "untill we meet again".

According to my wife who is from Cebu and speaks the Visian dialect of Tagalog, "hanggang sa muli" means "Until next time" or "See you later".  She would not be more specific then that.

that makes sense, I kind of thought it meant
"until the next time!" because the way it was
written and that is a common thing to say at the end of a letter. [8D]
