So far I've had three outages in the last two weeks.  Last night they claimed it was weather related but I don't see how the heck a burned up card in their satellite could be weather related.  It's some 5 miles above the earth I would guess.

Also the friggin' Indian call center guys are starting to piss me off as well.  They take all my info, ask a series of questions and THEN hit me with "the script".  We are experiencing difficulties on our end.  Please wait an hour and try again.  Crazy!!!!

On top of that, they don't have online mail reading so I can't get my friggin' email either.
