Well, I dont know if its factory or not. I got it in a trade from here. I have a 9" hicap 1911 mag. It has the same finish and material as NIW USGI 1911 mags. I have worked it up to 16 rounds.

The bottom is stamped:

COLT
45 AUTO

I have read just because it says Colt, does not mean its factory.

FWIW....

my dad has a new Springfield 1911. It's double-stack and its mags are 10 round. I'm pretty sure they're factory, the came in the case.

Are you asking about single stack or double stack?

As far as i know some one made a drum mag that held like 40 or 50 rounds ofr a single stack.  I have never seen one in real life only in pictures.
They looked kinda like this.

Either that doesn't count as it's an off-1911 design or if it does, then I have 15 round Para mags that can beat up your dad's magazines! [:p]

Wilson (if you count them, since they do make 1911s) has a 10 round straight mag, & Colt had a 15 round straight mag.
