Customer has been kind of a bitch. She can get real whiny too. So 3 weeks ago, I go out and diagnose the problem...today I return to finish the repair.

While I am working on it I hear from that useless hole in her head:

"Why did it take so long to get the parts? I can believe the parts took that long to get. What was the hold up? what is wrong with the distibutor? What was the hold up? Why does a person have to wait so long? Why did I have to wait..."

DrFrige: "Ma'am. You have roaches"

She left the room!

Wow. She just stomped off, not even complaining about how exactly you determined she had roaches?

Cool. I gotta try that next time I get caught looking up a client's skirt.

Actually it was a warranty job so I will have my money by next friday. Customer didnt have to pay...

...well, in a way I guess she does now.

Although I am thinking about it. If a customer starts to bitch from now on I think I will use that excuse ALL THE TIME. I mean how do roach infestations start...with ONE roach so, I can always say I saw one run under the stove.

Well i had her refrigerator pulled out and saw the roach. She came in and I was disgusted by the roach then to hear her bitch bitch bitch whine about her parts, I thought... now is a better time than any to say something.

I can deal with spiders, mice, EVEN SNAKES under appliances but ROACHES??? I CANT STAND ROACHES!!!! THEY GIVE ME THE HEEBIE GEEBIES.
