I have a legal question for you law people's.

Can a person in America legally sell(to another American) a piece or pieces of the great wall that this person has brought back from his/her trip to China?

I don't see why not.  When I went to the wall I brought a few pieces back and gave them away.  I don't see why getting a few dollars for them would be a problem.   I am not a lawyer though. Was it a problem with the Berlin Wall?

I was thinking maybe it might be considered an artifact and not legal to re-sale, unless the seller is a museum or something.
