The only long range bolt gun class I know of is the Wimbledon Cup, or known as the National 1,000 yard long range championship. Each shot is deliberate, and you must single load your gun. There are 4 relays, I think, that bring out to top 20 to compete directly for the cup. The rifles that are allowed have pretty loose stds., but you can have a bolt or semi-automatic rifle, scoped, using a sling in the prone position. I'm looking to compete in this match, and win the thing, by God, when I get a little older ( driving ain't NOTHING like shooting is... ).
