Booyah! Today we're having baby back ribs. Like yesterday's salmon, these too came from Costco. We got 3 racks, about 7.5 lbs.

The rub:

I cut the ribs into pieces to go on the grill and applied the rub:

They're grilling right now using low indirect heat. They should be ready in about 4 hours more or less. Be back later. I'm gonna go have a beer. [:D]

About halfway done. I got the tip about stacking them from a buddy at work. The juices run down through the stack instead of all falling down into the grill. I've been rotating them to bring the bottom of the stacks back to the top. I'll let you know how it turns out. [:D]

We're done. Tender and juicy baby backs served with BBQ sauce on the table, Bush's baked beans, homemade potato pasta bacon salad, corn, and Texas toast. It was deeeeeeeelicious! [:P]
