Bought a new Tigers hat. It has enough room up top to hide a 1911....
 Looks dumb as hell.
How do I break it in to fit and look better? |

Is it a 59/50? I hate those hats. I usually get 39/30's

47 Brand. Franchise style. They make good fitted hats and don't sit up high.

Fitted Arfcom hats are pretty nice. Mine has held up very well. 2 years now and I wear it daily.

Wear it with a 1911 in it and it should break in gradually.

Cut out the stiff mesh. Bend the bill a bit and fold it under back strap. Boil it in water for a bit and then throw it in the dryer.

I've got about 25 New Era fitted caps, with my Red Sox going back to 1975. Just wear them and slight bend the bill to 'curve it' a bit, but not too hard, or the plastic (some) can snap. Did that on one.
