Add more chrome.
You know what they say: Chrome gets you home. |
Im glad there are a bunch of old guys here
I am 25 so thats probably why I get it all the time |
Get rid of the chrome on the doors. Get some scratches in the paint.
My truck confirms my manhood. Everyone tells me It looks like an old man drives it. Unsure of whether to brodoze it out, or get something like a ridgeline to make myself manlier |
tell them to STFU and get back to work because their brodozer payments ain't gonna pay themselves.
Don't let your 'guys' give you shit and get you spending pointless money. I'd be interested to know what they drive.
All "your guys" as in, your employees? If so, tell them that signing their paychecks should be enough validation of your manhood to suit them.

It is weird they didn't carry the chrome onto the bed, it makes it look like the bed is off a different truck or something...
I wouldn't worry about it. It is a work truck from the looks of things and a lift kit won't help that. |
sell those huge ass factory wheels, replace with 16"ers
it'll blow fucking minds |
Level, put some 305's on those wheels, and tint the windows. Done.
Looks awesome to me. My buddy has the same truck and he's 30.
They all prolly drive Chevy cavaliers |

It's the utility of the long box that makes it look 'old guy'.
Utility beats cosmetics, especially with a truck. Fault not found, carry on old-guying. |
The first thing you need to do is go down to the local Home Despot and have a loader bucket worth of pavers dropped in the bed from 8 feet.

It's those terrible wheels. Looks like they came off a late 90s Lexus.
I thought you had to have a shell on the bed to be an old man truck?
Not until you get those one-piece fiberglass running board/fender flares....."Grandpa Effects".

I miss my 2500 diesel. Half ton trucks are just (barely) glorified cars nowadays IMO. Although, I have to say my '14 Silverado rides really, really nice.

View Quote This is the kind of thing I came in here for. 60's and 70's trucks rock! |
