Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help with a Bushmaster lower.........

I have a chance to buy a Bushmaster rifle with a serial number of L001,3xx. Is this a lower that would look like a lower they make today? All Mil Spec? Thanks, David

i don't think Bushmaster/Quality Parts Co. ever made an A1 lowers, only A2s.  So that early receiver should be practically the same as ones today.

However, I did read somewhere that a portion of the back end of the newer receivers made by BM/QPC is slightly different in width.
