No heads on the fish???  According to the rules on dinner pictures, if the dinner is fish, the heads must be left on.

I fed them to the local wildlife as a tribute.

This is good luck.  And saves space in the cooler.

My family dosen't like the heads.

First dinner?!?!?[shock] Got tired of brunches eh?[BD]

Keeping the heads on prevents the meat from drying out. Just remove 'em before serving.

Excellent dinner pic. Fish looks delicious. All the required elements are included too. How do you like your leatherman wave tool. I use the hell out of mine. Its a little bit wobbly compared to the larger supertool I was used to though.

*the knife is in the wave.

Counts for ME [never with out a knife and pliers]

I think he has raised the bar alittle with the chemical spray.

Am I wrong have I missed the pepper spray before ?

Nice looking fish.

I would like to see the look on the wife's face when to told her what you were doing [>:/]. I tried to explain it to my wife once, I lost her at the tape measurer.

Why thank you.  The Wave is great.  And the price was right...Free.  I like it better than my SOG tool.  And this one came with a nice leather case.

For everyday use the "tool" is much superior than the combat folder.  I for the most part always have the later on me.  I like CRKT M16-13M high risk...or whatever that means, it has a poly coat on the blade.  Keeps it from rusting when I am running.  But I rarely use it for utility.  The wave has lock back blades which other tools don't.

DefTec is the way to go for pepper spray.  I've used it for real on a couple occasions...Its always worked...and pepper spray is allot more appropriate than a fighting knife.  If your justified in cutting them, you might as well shoot them.  Both are seen under the law as deadly force.  However chemical defense spray is just above physical force.

I'll try leaving the heads on next time and see if it makes a diff...Going Sunday to Strawberry...Home of the 20 in rainbows and vicious cuts.  Got one on my wall that went 25in.
