Need to find a FFL holder who will do a transfer on a lower. Preferably one in the West Valley.  I live in Morristown on US 60 and I work in Goodyear.  Anyone got any names, addresses, phone numbers?

Sorry, I can't help unless you're buying new and you want to come to Tucson.  Murphy's here got me a Bushmaster stripped lower with absolutely no hassle.  Took about 9 days from the day I walked in to order it to when I walked out, and they would have air-freighted it if I'd been willing to pay for it.  

If you're looking to transfer a previously owned lower, I don't know what to tell you other than "good luck".  I'm sure there's somebody out there who will do it for the nominal fee.
