Thanks for sharing the pics. The first one doesn't work, by the way. Sounds like a great time. This Sunday was awesome for me too, I had my first real black rifle experience [:D].

Is it getting shroomin time around there yet? I have a cabin in the Houghton Lake area and was thinking about taking some vacation and doing some shrooming (and cabin upkeep). |

Is it getting shroomin time around there yet? I honestly don't know. I have never been into the whole mushroom picking thing and I don't personally know anyone who is. I understand that they are delicious though. |

Well a while back a few of us from Michigan got together for a fun shoot. I had some Talon Tracer rounds that were experiencing a 50 percent failure to fire rate. It was pretty bad. I have since sent the bolt back to Spider Firearms and had the firing pin replaced. It is functioning just fine now. |

I saw something about it on a post over on Bigger Hammer about a month ago. He said that he had re-designed the firing pin and that if people were having problems firing rounds to send him the bolt assembly and he would change out the firing pin. I had him change mine and it appears to be working great. The new firing pin seems to put a much larger strike on the primer now.
