A 34-year-old Gloucester City, NJ man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for causing the death of a 29-year-old Runnemede woman 7½ years ago.
Charles Heitzman admitted burying Patricia Parkin in a snow bank on a remote Runnemede hill. They were having rough sex and he thought he had strangled her.

Patricia's brother, John Parkin, is pleased the ordeal is finally over:
"We're very happy with the outcome. Of course we wish he would have gotten life, but that wasn't in the cards. So for 25 years he's off the street -- he's away from my family, he can't hurt anybody else."
Heitzman was sentenced for aggravated manslaughter and must serve at least 12 years before becoming eligible for parole.
