The scope does seem like overkill. I think it would be more like a shotgun, point at the city you want to destroy instead of aim. Tehran, Pyongang anyone? Steyr, how much is the ammo? and do you need a Class Three to buy? |

It's very, very real. It's built based on the Maadi-Griffin design. Somewhere there is a video of him shooting it for real at a pumpkin, not the Nuke 50 spoof. When it fires, the muzzle blast causes the camcorder to wig out a little. Recoil isn't really that bad from the video, about like any other large bore handgun without a brake.
