I was going to wait until I got my schedule to post this, but I let the news out on another post do to Soylent Greens comment. I have been out of a steady job since Feb 5 this year. OUCH! I have a lot of catching up to do, so I'm happy to have landed a job as a Bailbondsman. I should have lots of interesting stories, & complaints about the folks I will be bailing out of jail in the near future.[:D] I would like to thank all of you who prayed, crossed fingers, or just were concerned for me, & others that have posted about being out of work. I thank you, as does my wife, & 5 year old son Asher.

Awesome! Congrats!

My wife was thinking about getting her bailbond license. She's already a P&C agent and only needs to take the bonding test and work for a bond agency for 6 months. We've got enough assets to start her out with a decent master policy. She's got me to go and pick up the skips. [:D]

Keep us posted. I am keenly interested in bailbonds.

So, is bailbonding a lucrative profession? I've been out of work since Nov, 2001, so I would consider anything. Serious inquiry.

I even applied to pimp school, but was turned down because my wardrobe was inadequate. Not so serious come-back. [:D]

Is Huggy Bear still the Dean there?

My sister said it is very lucrative. There are about 6 to 8 right next to the jail where I'll be working.[:D]
