Daniel McIssac of Idaho Falls pleaded not guilty Friday morning to charges of obstructing an officer and falsifying a 911 call. Video above explains why he feels like he was wrongly arrested after a Lincoln County deputy refused to show his identification.

I got to admit if I was being pulled over on a remote stretch of road in the middle of the night like in the video I would be
apprehensive to  step out of my truck or let some guy cuff me who was wearing a uniform .

Maybe I've watched  too many movies

Assholes collide?  I'm sure it's difficult to whip that issued ID to verify you are who you say you are in the middle of nowhere USA.   Bet if the driver refused to whip out his issued ID he'd be in jail.....oh wait
