So; I have a friend in the PI, and recently there was a major data breach of government databases there:
Link At first, it was just voter registration records, but that's bad enough, as Philippines Voter Records contain: Full names addresses passport numbers fingerprint data height weigh maternal names paternal names But today the news broke according to my friend that the Gun registration database was breached as well.
