I was in Peru and Ecuador last year, and South America still seems to be lovin' it. Saw lots of graffiti for it as well as lectures from several tour guides about how great it is.

I remember when my wife was telling about all the amazing and historical exploits of her grandfather. Me, being your normal American hadn't learned the in's and outs of Mexican history. So I decided to look up all the folks her grandfather hung out with. My face went from
to  to  to finally  . All of them were big time communist revolutionaries along with lots of her personal heroes from Mexico. I asked her about it she said "what do you mean". I had to explain to what communism was to which she said "oh well I don't like that".
