Man, what a year so far.....
My oldest daughter and her husband bought their first house. Same daughter is receiving her masters degree in a couple of weeks. I won the cmp carbine lottery While waiting on that , I found another carbine thru work, got a smoking deal on a 1941 Winchester And today, finally after years and years, I was able to refi my house. I had an 8.25% rate 
I had been denied literally a dozen times. Some va refi scam shithole wanted 10 k to refi And this Saturday I go and pick up my new Triton bass boat .
