I'm not sure what they were thinking with this. . . .
They honestly couldn't of found a better picture of Ted Cruz than the one in the folder? Super long video that doesn't do a good job attacking Hillary or Trump (which is the real purpose of the video). It's not clever or particularly well thought out. It's actually hard to imagine Ted getting any creepier than he is. . . . but somehow
