Our mail service is ultra fucky.  We routinely don't get stuff we're expecting.  I don't mean on time, I mean ever.   We got the real kicker yesterday: mail from November 2015 showed up.  Included in that mail was a check for $7,999.98.  I had the check reissued back in November, but for fucks sake this is retarded. It seems obvious the issue is our local office, since there were 4 pieces of mail from the same 3 day period (by post mark) that came from different regions (east coast, in Texas, California) that were in the mail that was delivered 5 months late.

Any suggestions for talking to USPS?  I'm getting close to hugging my red stapler and heading for the Bahamas.
