In a sweeping predawn raid dubbed Operation Peacekeeper, officials dressed in tactical gear and carrying assault rifles flooded into the NYCHA-run projects around 5 a.m. Tuesday, hauling several people out in handcuffs.

What would be funny is one of those drones being called in by a pilot, Spanish Harlem is right on the ILS 13 approach to LaGuardia
