There will likely be a cascading effect of others who pull out as those left will necessarily get a greater portion of high-risk enrollees.

This.  My UH health insurance has more than doubled in the last 4-5 years.  I highly doubt it will go down, but maybe it will stop going up.

It's pretty clear why their rates were increasing.



So perhaps one can infer something for all of the other providers who are increasing rates dramatically.
