I personally don't like them. But every handgun thread in GD someone brings up the G19. "Recommend me a new J-frame" -"Get a G19 instead" "Have a G19, what else should I get that is similar?" -"Get another G19" "Looking for an all metal DA.SA pistol" -"Get a G19 dumbass" |
|
|
I'll end up getting a G19 eventually. Next on the list is a Benelli M4... and then... going to do the M203 thing I think. G19 is way down the list.

inb4 people saying "Should have bought a G19" glocks suck I personally don't like them. But every handgun thread in GD someone brings up the G19. "Recommend me a new J-frame" -"Get a G19 instead" "Have a G19, what else should I get that is similar?" -"Get another G19" "Looking for an all metal DA.SA pistol" -"Get a G19 dumbass" Most people who don't agree with your second quotes have never owned a G19. I'm a convert-- I carried a P7M8 for two decades, buying and selling Glocks. Then I read the Blitz308 thread. . . . . . . . . . Now I might own 3 19s. |

But nobody bitches about the Smith 4506 (etc.) line or Deagles. View Quote Smith? Sure, I'll bitch about them (and the mag disconnect safety). But on a single action pistol, I have no problem with a frame or slide mounted safety.... |

Unless you can go without shoes. That's part of the whole Glock thing, you don't have to spend an arm and a leg to make the damn thing work, making spares more affordable. Yes, the 92 is fine. If you're into the controls. |
