If they sell it as an AR15 (parts kit) and send it through the mail, it's entrapment. If you sought someone out to sell it to you like that, then there would be a case.

Interesting dilemma...on one hand, are we not morally obligated to warn the bidders? On the other hand, I'm probably not alone in not wanting to associate my name with this auction in any way, shape or form.
Any thoughts? I don't think we can count on eBay cancelling the auction --- I've seen much worse go by unnoticed. cynic |

I looked further, this item is under investigation,, and won't be around in a couple of days. Violates eBay policy (>10 rd mag), also implies "complete firearm", which eBay doesn't allow either.
