I've been flowing dashcam for a while. Never seen one that's 360*

Best bet is one of the two channel ones (fore and aft facing), like a Blackvue DR650GW-2ch. Add a Power Magic Pro to it to allow it to record for a pre determined amount of time after shutting the ignition down, and you're good.
Love mine. Set it and forget it. Seems like ever since I've been using dash cams, nothing cool ever happens anymore.

Gopro just came out with a new 360 camera. Or you could get 6 GoPros and a 360 mount.
