I'm sure that it's been posted here before, but it's still quite incredible to see the craftsmanship that goes into the making of these firable pieces of art...

I have seen that one.
It is amazing the craftsmanship in those guns. A functional thing of beauty.

My grandpa had a Holland and Holland that he bought while working in England back in the 60's.

I was in london a couple weeks ago and visited their showroom. It's located in the high end shopping district near the Bentley and rolls royce dealerships. Had a great chat with the sales reps about the guns and how they build them. Really impressive stuff. No I couldn't afford a single gun I saw in there.

Those are some seriously skilled workers.  I wonder what their wages are like.

I do not have any. I believe my uncle got  it when he died, it may have been sold. I may see him at my son's graduation, I'll ask him whatever happened to it.

Ronnie Barrett had a silent partner for many years. That partner had an office at Barrett and he would receive Holland and Holland double rifles there every now and again to take on trips to Africa. Those rifles were amazing works of art.

Do they make a tactical pistol grip version with a rail for a laser?

The owner of the shop I work for was big into Holland and Holland.

A Brit himself (Studied/apprenticed toolmaking in London), he personally knew many of the big-wigs there, and would make a trip or two back to England to shoot with the boys.
Even helped out on occasion to trouble shoot mechanical and engineering issues on occasion.
