I guess he's back...we are setting world records...I cant even say it!
ill take WoWPro questions for 100, alex Question: what will happen if I put e85/87 unleaded into e0-e10 engine? It specifically says NOT TO but the city issued me a citation for long grass..ye ye I know, got held up by school/shit going on around me and the fact that the old lawnmover crapped out. Bought a new Husqvarna today |

So how did the spark plugs on the lawn mower work out?
ETA: Not so good I guess. |

New car? Nothing*
Old car? You'll hasten its demise. *at certain elevations you may trigger an engine error code Lawnmower/lawn equipment? Lol, post to youtube if something happens. |

E85 is not 87 octane, it is between 100 and 105. There is no "E85/87", whatever the fuck that is. What is it you are actually trying to put in the mower? Whatever it is, I wouldn't.

Translation: "I put E85 in my new lawnmower, will it harm anything?"

Most pump gas is 10% ethanol.
My question is how have you managed to make it through life this far? |

What the fuck is an e0-e10 engine? one of those bullshit "more earth friendly" engines with less ethanol....more pure gasoline Oh, a normal engine. I've never heard it referred that way. You can run shit gas (that's what I call ethanol tainted gas, because that's what it is) short term in any engine with little ill effect. I avoid it when possible. If you're going to leave it sit don't let it sit with shit gas in it. It gums up and you'll soon be posting a thread asking how to rebuild a carburetor. |

I wasnt a total dumbass and mixed it up by the way...you think it will ruin the engine? like a 60/40 mix(60% of e85 and rest is pure gasoline w/out ethanol)

Increased grass mileage and it will bring down the noise decibels quite a bit. Gtg |

It's been entirely too long since I've gotten the pleasure of one of these threads.

You'll be fine as you'll be over 90% gas. |

Drain that shit out your lawnmower and pour it in your car with 3/4 of a tank of regular gas.
Small engines get 93 octane ethanol free gas if you want them to last without giving you trouble. |
|
Don't use e85 for fucks sake.
Use gasoline with no ethanol in small engines. |
