I know it's "In Before The Lock" , but why is IBTL important to do ?
Yep, just a cheap way to raise your post count.
(like i just did) |
You really think its just a cheap way of raising your post count? I thought it had a deeper meaning.
You guys make me sick, jacking your post counts up like that.
[;)] |

I love this board but I don't see what the big deal is with jacking up your post count. Do you get prize or some sort of reward for a high count? Or is it just some way to massage your own ego?

I like to do it like this. [red]IBTL[/red][:D]
Sometimes like this. IBTL But I do like to do that ibtl thingy.[;D] |

Son of a bitch, I need another 500 posts to jack my number up to some respectable count so here goes.

This is my first IBTL...I thought it was stupid but figured WTF, they aren't banning for post-count inflation.

Some judge themselves by the size of their muscles, some by the size of their firearms, still others by the size of their member. And then there are those for whom a large post count is an overriding concern. |

Forseeing the lock is a sport, sometimes it's too easy, sometimes it isn't. It's an art really.
IBTL is a way to point out someones violation of the forum's code.
Makes my life easier. |
IBTL is a way of posting something before the thought police come crashing in.
I think it speaks to the rebellious, freedom-loving nature of many of our board members.
