Why wouldn't it be? The stock set is the crappy USA made furniture Century always uses. So it has enough US parts to avoid the '80 import ban, and only two evil features (detach mag and pistol grip) so it doesn't run afould of the '94 AW ban.... what is your legal concern?
EDIT: P.S. Order from aimsurplus with confidence, I've spent ALOT of money there over the past couple of years and they've never let me down yet. |

Oooppsss. I did not notice the stock set. Eric doesn't have those, but he does have CETMES in stock.

Cool. My legal concern was the whole importation issue. What is a CETME? I thought it looked like a FAL? When were those made, they're not C&R, are they?

When did they pass the law that said that imported barrels and receivers for "non-sporting" guns could only be imported for repair or replacement purposes? Does that mean that I have to be able to prove that the barrel/receiver was imported before then? |

In any case, you are a bona fide purchaser in good faith from a manufacturer who, believe me, gets constant scrutiny from BATF. Who imports and manufactures more firearms in this country in terms of sheer numbers (notice I didn't say quality) than Century Arms? They know the BATF people on a first name basis, and have for years. |
