I can't find it anywhere on their website.  I thought they had a PDF you could download, print, and mail back.  Anyone have a link???

It's not that simple...they want fingerprints , recent photo of you , notarized signatures etc...All you have to do is E-mail the ATF requesting the required paperwork and instructions. A large envelope will show up in your mailbox about 2 weeks later.

Don't listen to Art, all you need to do when you get your app. is send one copy to the cheif law enforcement officer in your area,(sheriff or cheif of police if you're in town) there NO fingerprints, NO photo's No notarized signatures, They WILL do a backround check on you, the other copy goes to the BATF, (along with you're $30.00) and in about 2-3 months you'll get you're C&R, and a few weeks later a big brown envlope with a copy of the fed gun laws in it Flip through it, it's worth reading, while you're waiting you can get you're bound book  and start saving money, you'll need it.
