I saved up my allowance and finally bought my first Class 3 gun. I was really nervous about the CLEO signoff after all I've heard on other forums. Well, I called the Sheriff and was told when I'm in town Friday to stop in after 10:00 and he'd fix me up. What? Its that easy? I love Kentucky. [:D]

Just a little MAC10/9. The price was right ($1195 NIB), parts are cheap, ammo is cheap. I guess I'm just a cheap guy. This is my starter gun, hopefully there is an M16 or an MP40 about two years down the road.

I expected some kind of hassle but the Sheriff was really cool about it. He said if he wasn't in just tell the lady at the door to call him  and he'd meet me at my convieniance. No questions about why I needed it, what I was going to do with it, where I intended to shoot it, nothing.
