Read a gunwriter that said he called dollars, "flat rifles that are seeking a third dimension".

I thought it was funny.

A buddy sent me some before and after pics like that one that had a perfectly "mint" MG-42 in it.

The "after" photo would make you cry.

Yeah, that was the one that I was looking for but I couldn't find it.

I'd love to get put on one of the destruction duties. I'd destroy them so good that some of the rifles would get crushed into dirt. [:)]

If the BATF considers that demilling, I'd like to put in a bid for all them "parts kits." Doesn't look to me like a single visible receiver was damaged. Except maybe the lone buttstock. Then again, the receiver isn't visible.
